What We Do

Here at The Buff Day Spa, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming haven of tranquillity and calm nestled in the heart of Dublin City Centre. We have built a team of experienced and friendly therapists who deliver a wide range of spa and beauty treatments we have individually tailored for our clients. Our purpose is to help our clients revive and rejuvenate key areas of the body and create an overall sense of well-being.

When we aren’t pampering our clients, we can usually be found learning, laughing and loving our friendly, fast-paced team environment. We are always looking for new therapists who want to feed their passion and provide a stellar experience for our clients.

You provide a 5-service to our clients so we will provide the 5* treatment for you. Working for The Buff Day Spa means you will be enrolled on our health and wellness programme, receive a complimentary treatment once per month and participate in our frequent team events designed to support the friendly atmosphere within the spa.
